The tour begins at Medicine Bakery, renowned for its artisanal pastries and sourdough bread, followed by a visit Cakes & Bakes at University College Birmingham, where we’ll discover the exceptional craftsmanship of aspiring bakers and their dedication to the craft. The tour culminates at The Compound, the venue for The Artisan Collective event, where attendees will continue to celebrate the artistry and innovation driving the bakery industry forward.
