2025 Winners

That’s a Wrap on the 2025 Baking Industry Awards!

Over 600 attendees joined us for the 2025 Baking Industry Awards, as they came to a spectacular close at the Royal Lancaster in London on Thursday 23 October, honouring the very best across the UK’s vibrant baking sector. Now in their 38th year, the awards shine a spotlight on the people, products, and businesses that continue to raise the bar in craft, retail, and manufacturing.

After months of rigorous judging, including site visits, interviews, and product testing, winners were crowned across 14 categories. Winners included Tona Erreguin, founder of Imma the Bakery, being named Baker of the Year, Grant’s Bakery in Northumberland took home the title of Craft Bakery Business of the Year for the second time. Gail’s triumphed as Bakery Retailer of the Year, whilst Geary’s Bakeries, the team behind Jason’s Sourdough, earned the title of Bakery Manufacturer of the Year.

“These awards have been going for nearly 40 years and recognise the best and brightest the industry has to offer, from skilled artisan bakers to large-scale manufacturers, nationwide retailers, and up-and-coming bakery brands,” said British Baker editor Amy North.
